Uroš Kuzmanović Dissertation Defense!

In December 2022, Uroš defended his dissertation on microbial screening to identify parts for novel biosensors, as well as the development of different FRET and electrochemical sensors! His work pioneered the biosensing efforts of the Galagan Lab and he was awarded Best Dissertation of 2022 for his efforts!

Uroš is now the CEO of Biosens8, a startup dedicated to the development of wearable biosensors that spun off of the lab based on his dissertation work.
